The Effect of pre-service Early childhood teachers' job stress on happiness

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelationships among these variables by examining the effects of self - leadership on the job stress and teacher happiness of early childhood teachers. To do this, we conducted a correlation analysis of the variables through the questionnaire survey of in - service teachers and conducted a three - step regression analysis. Research results, First, teachers' job stress, self - leadership and happiness were above average level. Second, self - leadership of teachers showed negative correlation with job stress. Teacher 's happiness showed a positive correlation with self - leadership. Third, in relation to job stress and happiness of early childhood teachers, self - leadership has been shown to have a partial impact on happiness.
